Can I know in advance how many tickets are available to the show(s) I want to see?
What if the show I want to see is sold out?
Try another show!! There are many different shows to choose from! Several theatres, such as New World Stages and Snapple Theater Center, have multiple shows to choose from that are playing in the same complex . Many theatres are also located within walking distance, so you have additional options if a show sells out of 20at20 tickets.
What time should I show up?
All tickets will go on sale twenty minutes prior to the start of the show. There is no way to know for sure what time you will need to show up in order to get tickets. Shows will have different levels of availability each night. Just remember, if your first choice is sold out, there are many other shows to choose from.
Can I pay for my tickets with a credit card?
Every theater sets their own policy. Some shows may accept cash only, so please come prepared.
What if I want to see a show not listed in the 20at20 promotion?
Unfortunately only the shows listed on the 20at20.com are available for the $20 promotional discount, but you can visit BestofOffBroadway.com to purchase regularly priced tickets for all Off-Broadway shows.
Is there a limit to how many tickets each person can buy?
Each person may only purchase one ticket, so everyone must be in line to purchase their own ticket.
If I go with a group of people, will we all be able to sit together?
There is no guarantee that groups will all be seated together. Tickets will be handed out based on availability, so it is possible that there won't be large blocks of tickets available to be seated together.
